INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

I am committed to assisting individuals in living authentically without regrets. My approach is rooted mindfulness based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and strength based perspective. I am trained in hypnosis through American Society of Clinical Hypnosis and have found this to be a very helpful tool. I use a holistic approach in working with my clients with the goal of teaching them to use their mind body and spirit for healing and growth. I have extensive knowledge in addiction, codependency, trauma, PTSD, depression and anxiety. I am comfortable working with adults, families, couples and the LGBTQ community.

In addition to my work as a psychotherapist, I also provide Life Coaching to assist individuals in 6 life areas: Relationships, Money, Physical Health, Spirituality, and Environment. I guide my clients through an in-depth process in these different life areas to identify negative patterns and beliefs that are preventing them from living their best life.
